Neff Cycle Service
Registration is closed for the August 22nd Field Days Ride. Please contact us for updates on future rides.
Join us for the first ever Neff Cycle Service Field Day!
A one-way road ride experience out of Madison with a return shuttle, coffee and pro-tour level food provided. The ride will cover just over 100 miles of Wisconsin's beautiful and undulating driftless region.
The ride will start at Cafe Domestique where we will begin the day with a complimentary coffee and snack. We will then head out on our journey full of hard to find back roads to the north and west of Madison. Domestique will also be providing a during the ride espresso bar at one of our stops.
Pre-ride, in-ride, a lunch stop and after ride food will be provided by Chef Dan Smith. Dan has experience working as both a chef in Madison and in Europe with pro-tour cycling team Trek-segafredo.
Neff Cycle Service will provide sag and mechanical support during the ride.
Ride will be lead by experienced rider, racer and all-around fun guy Max Ackerman and the Neff Cycle Service crew.
Group ride dynamics will be in full effect and ride leaders will work to keep the group together and working in harmony. This ride is designed to be enjoyable, not a race, however with over a 100 miles on tap we ask that riders looking to join be ready for the distance and climbs. Pace will be dictated by the group as a whole but due to the size of the group and the ability to draft expect a 19-20 mph average at the end of the day.
Registration will be capped at 20 riders.
